The designation of the camouflage shirt of the Singapore Army. No. 4 dress is simply the designation for the field dress. No. 1 is ceremonial dress, No. 2 mess kit, No. 3 walking out/ordinary parade dress. The "Pixelised, Camouflage Pattern No 4" is replacing the "No. 4 camouflage"
